St. Tom’s will host a Town Hall Meeting in Newman Hall on Thursday, Nov. 17, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm, All parishioners are invited to learn more about St Tom’s finances, facilities, Uniting in Heart plan, and fundraising.  Our Pastor and parish finance council members, development team, facilities team, and others will be present to answer your questions.

We ask you to prayerfully consider contributing what you would normally give in raffle tickets to St. Tom's, and we will direct 100% of your gifts to our ministries, facilities, and outreach.

Share your departed loved ones' names on the envelopes available to the right of the altar. A Novena of Masses will be said throughout November for all names shared.

St. Tom's is excited to offer a new formation program, Sycamore, this fall on Thursday evenings starting September 22. Sycamore is an informal course about the Christian faith and its relevance for life today. It gives you space to meet other people, share ideas, explore your beliefs, and think about questions that really matter. Read more.

Many opportunities await those who wish to volunteer for Family Promise of Greater Lafayette.*  Each semester, St. Tom’s serves the families residing at the Family Promise Center for two designated weeks. St. Tom's upcoming week is September 12 to 17.

Blessed be the Lord! Hello, fellow St Tom’s parishioners. My name is Duane Sellers, and I am one of the members of the Liturgical Advisory Team (LAT) that was formed as a part of the diocesan Uniting in Hearts Pastoral Plan. I am writing today to provide an update on our work so far for St. Tom’s parish. Click the headline to read more.

As the staff liaison for the St. Tom’s Formation Leadership Team, I am happy to present some initiatives we will be promoting this coming Fall. These initiatives result from the feedback we received from the Parish and from the guidance of the Formation Leadership Team. The initiatives are the Sycamore program, more vibrant Bible study offerings, and a social justice presentation series.

Over the last six months, the Development Team has been working together to brainstorm ways to enhance a stronger culture and understanding of stewardship among Resident and Student Parishioners. We have created a strategic plan and calendar for development within our community, executed a very successful Day of Giving, crafted a stronger thank you and stewardship process for donors, and are working toward encouraging student giving. Last Sunday marked the opening of the Church’s National Eucharistic Revival, and Dee Bernhardt, director of Campus Ministry, recently accepted an invitation to serve on the Revival’s Campus Ministry Team for national implementation at colleges and universities.

During the month of June, nine Masses will be said in honor of and in remembrance of our Fathers.  Fill out one of the Father’s Day Remembrance envelopes in the pews and drop it in the plexiglass collection box to the right of the altar, in the Sunday collection basket, or bring it to the parish office during the week.

Confession is offered Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 11:25 a.m., and on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. until the start of the Fall Semester (August 22)

The final day for Spring 2022 Virtual Morning Prayer was today (Thursday, May 26). St. Tom's Virtual Morning Prayer will resume Tuesday, September 6.
