Andrea Kreps holds a bachelor’s in agricultural communication (2003) and a master’s in curriculum and instruction (2004) from Purdue University. She began her career as an instructional designer at the Tippecanoe Eli Lilly Laboratory and later served as senior research administrator at the Purdue Institute for Cancer Research.
After becoming a mother in 2011, she and her husband, Gunther, relocated for his career, settling in Illinois and later Indiana. She remained active in her community, volunteering for her parish and daughter’s school, coordinating events, leading fundraising efforts, and supporting campaign communications. Her favorite verse, Proverbs 19:21, grounded her through these changes: “Many are the plans of a man's heart, but it is the will of God that prevails.”
Since moving to Rossville in 2019, Andrea has served the parish in roles including catechist, mentor, reader, and parish council president. After prayerful discernment, she embraced her current role as director of development, and hopes to unite good works and good people to maximize God-given gifts for His glory.
