Kristy Korchnak

Kristy grew up in Schaumburg, Illinois, and graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in retail management. While at Purdue, she was an active member of the Purdue Reamer Club and was a project manager for the building of Boilermaker Special 6 (the little train). 

After graduation, Kristy lived in Antioch, Illinois, and worked for the Walgreens corporate office as a replenishment buyer in Deerfield. Missing the campus setting and eventually deciding that corporate and city life wasn't for her, she and her husband, Eric, moved to Lafayette in 2005. They have been blessed with two amazing kids, Anthony and Kenzie, who attend Central Catholic and are competitive swimmers. Much of their time is spent taking them to and from practice and watching them race in meets.
